1. Who we are

PHOTO MARKET is an international marketplace for event photography and video operated by Elite Production. These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform: customers buying media, photographers selling it, and organizers hosting events.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You must confirm your email address before you can publish galleries, receive payouts, or change billing details. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Buying media

Digital purchases are delivered as downloads and, for full-gallery purchases, as a single archive. Because digital media is delivered immediately, purchases are final once the files have been made available, except where the file is faulty or does not match its description. Prices shown include VAT where applicable and a VAT invoice is issued automatically.

4. Selling media

Photographers and organizers keep copyright in their work and grant PHOTO MARKET the licence needed to display previews, watermark media and deliver purchased files to buyers. You confirm that you hold the rights required to sell every file you upload and that you have the permissions needed to depict the people in it.

5. Licence granted to buyers

Unless an event states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file privately, including on personal social media. Commercial use, resale and redistribution require a separate written licence from the rights holder.

6. Prints and physical products

Print orders are produced and shipped by the organizer, photographer or platform partner shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative. Damaged or incorrect prints are replaced or refunded.

7. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to remove watermarks, scrape galleries, resell previews, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that create risk for buyers, sellers or event participants.

8. Payments, fees and payouts

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Platform commission and payout timing depend on your plan and any commercial terms agreed with your organization. Payouts require a confirmed email address and complete billing details.

9. Liability

We provide the marketplace with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the platform in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in, and your previous acceptance history is retained.
