1. Controller

PHOTO MARKET, operated by Elite Production, is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@photomarket.app.

2. Data we process

Account details (name, email, password hash, role), purchase and invoice data, delivery addresses for prints, media you upload or appear in, consent records, and technical data such as device and browser information needed to keep the service secure.

3. Why we process it

To create and secure your account, to deliver purchases and invoices (contract), to keep records required by tax and accounting law (legal obligation), to prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to send marketing email only where you have given consent.

4. Marketing consent

PHOTO MARKET marketing and PI GROUP marketing are two separate consents. Neither is ever pre-selected, and neither is required to create an account or to buy. Each can be withdrawn independently at any time in Account settings → Email preferences or through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent never affects account access or transactional email such as order confirmations, downloads, invoices, print-order updates, password resets or security notices.

5. Consent records

For each consent we store the consent type, whether it was granted or withdrawn, the exact text you were shown, the policy version, the source (registration, checkout, invitation, profile settings), the timestamp, and, where lawful and relevant, country and browser information. Every change is kept in an immutable history so consent can be demonstrated and audited. IP addresses are only recorded where legally permitted.

6. Email verification

We record when verification emails are sent, resent, completed, failed or rate limited, so we can support you and detect abuse. Verification links are short-lived, and we never store raw verification tokens.

7. Sharing

We share data with the processors needed to run the service: payment processing, email delivery, media storage and analytics. Organizers and photographers see the order data needed to fulfil your purchase.

8. Retention

Account and consent data is kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Invoice data is retained for the statutory accounting period.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests: privacy@photomarket.app. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

10. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will ask you to review and accept the new version when you next sign in, and your previous consent history is preserved.
